Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the White Hart Renaissance Faire, Haunted Trails, Feast of the Goblin King and A White Hart Christmas! We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to our rules will result in you being escorted from our events.
(Please note these are the basic rules that apply to all events, each individually ticketed event may have additional rules. Please check the even pages for more specific rules. )

Conduct
Please conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow attendees, staff, performers, and vendors. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Costumes and Attire
We encourage attendees to embrace the spirit of the Renaissance by wearing period-inspired costumes or attire. However, it is not mandatory. Please ensure your clothing is appropriate and respectful for a family-friendly environment.

Weapons and Props
Weapons, including swords, daggers, and any other sharp objects, are permitted as part of a costume and are peace-bonded before entering our faire grounds. Our staff reserves the right to peace bind your weapons if found unbound. Please follow all instructions from our security team to ensure a safe environment for all. Some areas or activities at our events ight off limits to you if you carry a weapon even if it is peace-bound.

Pets
For the safety and comfort of all attendees and the pets themselves, pets are not allowed at the faire. However, certified service animals are permitted. Please ensure your service animal is properly identified and under your control at all times.

Outside Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
You are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages to the faire. We understand that attendees may have dietary restrictions or preferences. However, outside alcohol is not permitted, as we have designated areas where you can purchase and enjoy alcoholic beverages in accordance with our responsible drinking policy.

Photography and Filming
Photography and filming are allowed for personal use. Please be mindful of the privacy and consent of others when taking photos or videos. Commercial or professional photography/filming requires prior authorization from the faire management. By entering the fairgrounds you understand that the faire has the right use your name, image and likeness in future promotions

Safety
The faire grounds contain various structures, natural terrain, and potentially uneven surfaces. Please exercise caution and be mindful of your surroundings. Follow all safety signs, guidelines, and instructions provided by staff.

Parking
Follow the instructions of our parking attendants and park your vehicle only in designated areas. Please respect the property of others and avoid blocking entrances, driveways, or emergency routes.

Lost and Found
If you lose or find any personal belongings during the faire, please report it to our town hall/information booth. We will do our best to assist you in locating lost items or returning found items to their rightful owners.

Compliance with Laws
All attendees are expected to comply with local, state, and federal laws while attending the White Hart Renaissance Faire events. Any illegal activities will be immediately reported to the authorities.
